Title: My niece's grand daughter
Post by: joyce robson on December 16, 2004, 01:10:33 PM
Our little 2 week old has many problems that need urgent prayers from
the only ones who we could turn you ---the fine folks here at CP

My niece' grand daughter was born with port wine stain on face and the
doctors informed us that means there is something internal going on.

Cataracts and glacoma was found and the "little one" had surgery yesterday.

Has to go back in 4 weeks to see which way to proceed / and if any more
damage to eye.

She is a beauty --dark black hair and the bluest eyes.

Don't know much about what port wine stain condition can happen in
her body but; we do know prayers are needed for this and for some
understanding of the problem.

Any advice on problem will be greatly appreciated.

Bless you all for your prayers.

Love in Christ,l

Joyce

Wow, Joyce! At least they were able to work on her early in life. I've been forever thankful for the cataract surgeries (then the subsequent YAG laser surgeries) that have allowed me to see.

We'll be praying with you about this tiny bundle of love.

Joyce, I never knew that a new born could have cataracts and glacoma.  I will certainly pray for the little one and for the family in their concern.

She has had a couple of surgeries, the results on the
last one shows "pressure being reliefed a little bit"
so please keep her in your prayers.

Also, for her daddy who left for Iraq this past week.

Take care and as always,

Love in Christ,

Joyce

Oh Joyce:  Please know, that I will be in prayer for this precious baby, and also her daddy.

Can you give us their first names?  I didn't know little ones could have such extensive surgery. , but thank God for the doctors who use their God-given talent like this.

My goodness!  This Mommy needs our prayes, too, with her baby having problems, and now her husband being deployed to Iraq!  May God be very near to all three of them and protect them in His loving arms.

Thank you all,

Continue please praying for Jessica and her daddy, Steve.

Jessica has a "big" sister-3 years old name Angel who is taking
care of her and her mommy, Karen, while daddy is away...

This will be a long going process; so please continue your prayers.

Love in Christ,

Joyce
