Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Let's all pray for Haiti tonight.

What a huge earthquake this was and the country has no 911 and they have lost their electricity and telephones, etc.

I heard one missionary being interviewed on FOX tonight and her husband is in Haiti but she's not right now and she described a lot of what is going on.

Thank you Pat-I would of not known right away if I hadn't come here and seen this...
God's Word is truth, You can trust and believe what he says more than any human word!!!--"Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him;I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him;I will be with him in trouble,I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation."

Our cousin in Florida posted this on facebook.

QuoteYesterday Many Many People Were Ushered Into Eternity In Haiti... I Hear Approximately 500,000... We Need To Help As Much As We Can And We Need To Check Ourselves... We Could Be Ushered In Anytime... 150,000 - 160,000 Die Everyday... That's Two A Second... Check And See Where You Are...

Jeanne Lee

Excellent advice from your cousin, Judy.  And we shouldn't need this kind of disaster to remember it.

Thanks for the post Pat. I did not realise that so many had been killed - it is hard to take.
"He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things."
(Romans 8: 32)

What I find difficult to take is the eternal loss.

Jeanne Lee

Yes, Judy.  We can't help but wonder how many of them knew our Savior before they were taken.

It was a country that is big into witch craft. So deceived.

Pat

Let's pray for the many missionaries that are there right now.

One of my friends on Facebook is in Ocala but her husband was in Port au Prince when the earthquake hit and now is there trying to help.

Let's continue to pray for these dear people.

Breaking News in Haiti...

There are at 1:15 pm nine planes circling in the air over Port au Prince but there's only one runway and so these planes cannot land.  :(

All of these landings, too, are by site as the tower isn't working so they are trying to cram in as many flights in daylight hours as possible.

This is another item to pray about.

Thanks for that additional information, Pat.  There are indeed many areas of the situation that need prayer.

So heartbreaking, so much devastation

Prayers to all family and friends; mostly to find the strength from our Heavenly Father to continue on.

HE will be there for them
