My wife and I are flying to the Gold Coast of Oueensland, Australia on Wed Feb 16- March 2, for a "Mission Survey Trip". Please pray for God's guidence and for our listening to Him. Pray for the church I pastor, First Baptist Church of Lone Star, Texas and Hinterland Baptist Church of Worongary, Queensland Australia and the people of Australia. Thank You All, Nathan R Simmons

Thanks so much for posting about this, Nathan.  You can be certain that several will be praying for this trip.

I do hope that you keep us posted.

Nathan, I too will pray for a safe journey and God's blessings on your trip to Australia.  May you and your wife and others realize His leading and receive what God has in store for you as well as the church in Queensland.  May His name be honored wherever you go.
Our granddaughter is going on a mission trip also, in March, to a small town in northern Brazil.  She will be going with a team of 5 from the BSU of Eastern New Mexico University.  Sara must really feel it is the Lord's call for her to go, because she has always been deathly afraid of taking shots.  She will have to have a series of hepatitis shots, and for yellow fever, among others.  She has to go to Lubbock to get them, some are not even available in our little town. 
This is the day the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it.   Ps 118:24

Nathan:  I see that your trip is already over by the time I am reading your post.  However, I send my prayers as there is always something to pray about and prayers are never too late.
