In the last month we had a scare with John's health.  The doctor decided with a routine physical that he was ordering a ECG and Echogram.  The results were not good.  The Doctor said it looked like he had a silent heart attack.  This put his trucking license in jeopardy.  This past Wednesday he went to a specialist who put him through a stress test.  John talked and laughed throughout the entire 9 minutes.  When reviewing the results with us he said there is nothing wrong that acting his age won't cure.  He cannot continue to act like a 30 year old in a 60 year old body.  There are some lifestyle changes he has to make one of which is he is to walk for half an hour every day.  The other main one is he has to continue to loose weight.  If he makes these changes, he was told he will likely go off some of his meds.  God is sooo good.

The only thing we can contribute the changes to is God and a restored relationship with our son.  This has been a wake up call for the whole family.  We are praising God for answered prayer.

Praise God, from Whom all blessings flow;
Praise him, ye creatures here below;
Praise Him above, ye hea'nly host;
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost!

Yes that is wonderful news.   John keep on walking.  John do you remember that you and Mel did walk at the end of the day,  when the two of you were on the road together? 

Thank You for the praise with us.  I have found it to be very freeing to be able to praise God without askiong for anything/  He knew my needs and knows my heart.  Ke knows what all I need.  So I just praise Him for what he has , is , and will do for us.  Again Thank you
