I received this from Shawnee on a PSP group website. I asked her permission to post her letter here and so here it is. Please pray for her husband Jason.
Hi everyone,
I am writing to ask for your prayers for our family. Jason's mom Meredith lost her fight to cancer after being told she had 3-6 months left to live on April 20, 2005. We drove to NY to say good bye to her and just spend some time there. She passed when we left to drive home.
Please pray for Jason as he is an only child and is taking it hard.

Oh Father, there are so many troubles we must face in this world! Oh come quickly, Lord Jesus! I pray for Shawnee and Jason. I pray You'll use these difficult things to bring Jason to turn his eyes upon Jesus - I pray that You would so move by Your Spirit that You would turn his thoughts to You and to his relationship to You. Oh open their eyes to see that all comfort is to be found in You love. Do this, Father, through our Lord Jesus Christ.
