Title: South Africa
Post by: Adri on January 05, 2006, 07:56:48 AM
Please help me in the fight against crime in this beautiful country I live in.  How can you help?  By adding this country, with it's diverse people and culture to your prayers.

We heard last night that they broke into 3 flats in the building where my sister and I live.  We were not targeted, praise be to God.  We are however asking that all the people we know pray for the people who has been the target of this sad act and for the people who commited this crime.

As most people know, I'm sure, eventhough this country is beautiful and naturally a great place to live, we have been plagued by crime for a great period of time.

Thank you all for your prayers.  Please also pray for the people who have been directly affected by this.

Adri, sorry about the breakins.  We share your concerns about the increase in crime in our countries.  I feel it has a lot to do with the breakdown in our societies, at least in the USA, as we move away from the idea that there are any absolutes.  Glad you and your sister are safe.

Dear Lord
I just bring this country to you. You see all that happening in that land. I pray for a mighty move of God in this  land.Your word tells us that righteousness exalts a nation , sin is a reproach to any people.
And the condition of man's heart will affect the land we live in.
I pray that there will be a turning to God in South Africa . I ask that there will be standard of God's righteouness in this land. People will come to the Light of the gloroius gospel of Jesus Christ.

Adri, I will pray as well.  Having family in the country makes it even more imperative for me to pray.
