Just a picture of friend of ours on the youth trip with our church.  My wife caught this one and I thought it was a good shot....

What a nice photo!

Is that the water behind?  It sure looks like a lovely day. 

Yeah, it's water behind her, and thanks.  I didn't realize that it was going to show up so small though!  Ha!

We have the photos for the forum set at 600 pixels wide.

When you attach a photo, click on the "Link Inline Image.." drop down menu and choose:

"inline fullsize attachment" choice which will put the code,

[ attachimg=#] (without the space) and that will show your photo 600 pixels wide!

She looks like a lovely young lady.  There is a thoughtful look aboout her.  Great picture!

It's a nice pose, a goot turn of the head, and the deep green of the water compliments the deep brown tones of the skin, I'm guessing this was a grab shot, as a portrait, it would have been great to loose the sunglasses, and used some sort of reflector to get some light light into that face.

Yes, expression is great, the out-of-focus water behind is a great background that nicely compliments the warm colors in her complexion and her hat.

It's true, a professional shot would have included a low reflector to get more light under the hat, but his is a fine result as it is.
