That is one strong young lady.

I was watching a news item and saw mentally challenged young men and women in weight lifting competitions.  I thought of you.  Kudos to them and you for inspiring them.

She doesn't even seem to be straining with all that weight!

The clean (Lifting the bar off the floor, catching it in a full squat and standing up with it) was laughably easy. I don't know what her coaches were thinking. She hit all three attempts easily. Here she is lifting 96 kilos/211 lbs which was her third attempt. It appearantly was a PR. She could have easily lifted 100 kilos/220 lbs+.

And I was surprised when I lifted a 25 lb. bag of ice melt!
