Janet: Hello, Friends!  Let's get this going again!  I miss  hearing from all of you! 2025-01-23, 19:26:16

Don: Hey Judy, It's been a long time. Hope you are doing well. 2024-12-02, 22:41:41

JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Paulette - thanks for using the library!  I'm so glad you did!  We would greatly miss you, so use it often!

Larry:  Thank you for the information on the name of the church - also, I know that you are not among the "frozen" as some say.   ;D

Etta Sue:  I so appreciate your welcome - it seems that I lose CP far too often in changing 'puters.  Love your description of "God's pruning" - which means that you had a pretty good wind pruning the trees.

Janet:  It is always like "coming home" to catch up on the news in here - thanks & I do hope all is well with you.

Pat:  I wish you feel better very soon.  Perhaps an entire day under the covers and sipping tea would be nice for you.

I finally got the  Service pack downloaded and installed in my computer, I had to leave it running when I went to work today, by the time I got home it was done, then I had to uninstall and reinstall my printer driver, I had already done the same to my modem driver. Ah the computer age  (tongue in cheek).

Jenny if you are looking in I do hope that you are finding peace in knowing that your little Becky Cat, is better off now.

Tomorrow Bea and I are going shopping at the canned food store, havent been there in a few months. I always like to check it out now and then.

I also want to stop at the waterfront, we have a Tall Ship in port that was used in the filming of Pirates of the Carribean.  want to get a couple of photos.

Ohhh, Marilyn, I love to see photos of these tall ships.  I'll be looking forward to your photos.

Nice to see your post, Carol.  Glad you're able to drop in more now.

I have now finished reading three days of posting, so, thank you, thank you, thank you, Pat...for the devotionals.  Have been listening to the hymns along the way.

Oh Jenny, I am so sorry about your little cat.  How it hurts to lose a pet!  No, my daughter has decided that she is not in a hurry to replace Mr. P and it is going to be awhile before another cat comes to live here.  We all still miss him terribly....

Have not been on the computer the past couple of days.  Long days and very tired.  Finally got my new eyeglass lens after they did the first set wrong.  For $520.00 for new lens they could at least have said 'sorry'.  This is a top place and still they did the measuring wrong.  Had to go for another pressure test of my eyes and now must use special drops to reduce the pressure.  Gad.  Growing old is not for sissy's.

The weather is great and the birds are filling the garden with song.  I love to watch the big, fat robins taking a bath.  One little bird comes over to the window and tells Wendy 'good morning' each day.  It is so funny to see.  I sometimes go upstairs from my suite to have morning coffee and watch the show!

Had another tiring day so will end this now.  Hope you feel better soon Pat.  Also all the other folks who are having problems.  Hearing about all the computer problems makes me love my Sony more each day.  So far it has been doing all that a computer is supposed to do....Please do pray for all the chicken farmers here in BC.  Things keep going from bad to worse.

Pleasant dreams and God Bless.  Liz

It's so nice to see your lovely newsy post, Liz!  I think it will take time for Amanda to get over the loss of Mr. Perkins.  But in time, she'll know when the time is right to get a new little cat.  That will help too to get over the loss of Mr. P.   My birds are back now too!  It's so nice to hear them when I go outside but it's still too chilly to have the windows open.  Soon though!

Just stopping by to say good night.

By the way I have a bird feeder hanging on the front porch and at tiems there are more birds than there are places for them so they get down on the porch and eat what the others are dropping.

Pat, thank you for the devotional and thank you for that wonderful hymn "He Hideth My Soul".   I enjoy listening while I am reading.

I went out with my EE team last night and talked to a person in an apartment building.  We were going door to door.   He invited us in and listened so intently.   He was not ready to make a comittment last night but has our numbers and is seriously thinking of coming to the church.  His name is Ben.  I know we have him thinking about spiritual issues now!

When I got back to the church we found out there was around 7 salvations.   Praise God!

Love Ruthie
