A very good day at church today.  We had 2 new conversions this morning.  And our choir has become larger due to the youth joining up.  We had a sermon on "Keeping it Simple"  with the text being about Naaman and leprosy.  Elisha told him to do something so simple...but he balked at the idea of bathing in the river Jordan.  Kinda reminds me of me when I want to do things MY way ::)


Anyhow....hope all of you have a great evening.  See you tomorrow :)

I had a wonderful time today. After church we went over to First Assembly in Eureka for the "Hymn Sing" click here to read about the Ferrins. It was so good to sing so many of the old favorites. Then I went to Blue Lake to see the family and had a nice b
eef Roast for supper. My DIL is such a good cook.

No I have stopped in to see what y-all have been doing today  and Where is everyone.

Hi Everyone,   Sandra from Brazil has gone back tonight.  She left me her email and address.   I will try to help her come back to Canada by either sponsoring her or helping her get at job.  She was very grateful that I let her stay in my place for 3 weeks. 

Now that she has gone I will be able to post more often.

Janet - i pray not only for the party, but for Beth herself.  I pray she'll be strong for the party, that she'll enjoy all the attention and love, and that it'll be a great blessing for her.

AMEN, Al!!  Let us all pray similarly for our dear Beth.

Now, it's time to lock the door once again.  Tomorrow, we may have Oldiesmann upgrading our site so if you see some things that are different, that's what is happening.  I'll try to let you know but not sure if I can.
