We've had two new members today!

I see your pin, Marilyn!  Great job!  When you zoom in, you and Al are a bit apart.

I hope you've all seen today's verse from the left sidebar...

Lots of excitement in here today!  I will check out the map tomorrow. 

We have had snow again today.  Really cold for sunny BC.  This is the second snowfall in a few days.  Do believe our early spring messed up things and we have skipped right over summer & fall and into winter again

Still have a virus, tho' somewhat better and busy doing housework today.  With one eye on the Olympics.  Nice day to be inside.  Misty agrees, she has been busy sleeping most of the afternoon.  That cat does not like snow!

Nothing of interest to relate, so here is a small smile.  Not certain if folks care for these....feel free to object, if anyone reads my posts.

Little Old Lady


There was a little old lady, who every morning. stepped onto
her front porch, raised her arms to the sky, and shouted:
"PRAISE THE LORD!"

One day an atheist moved into the house next door. He
became irritated at the little old lady. Everymorning he'd
step onto his front porch after her and yell:
"THERE IS NO LORD!"

Time passed with the two of them carrying on this way
every day. One morning, in the middle of winter, the little
old lady stepped onto her front porch and shouted:
"PRAISE THE LORD! Please Lord, I have no food and I
am starving, provide for me, oh Lord!

The next morning she stepped onto her porch and
there were two huge bags of groceries sitting there.
"PRAISE THE LORD!" she cried out. "HE HAS PROVIDED
GROCERIES FOR ME!"

The atheist neighbor jumped out of the hedges and shouted:
"THERE IS NO LORD. I BOUGHT THOSE GROCERIES!!"

The little old lady threw her arms into the air and shouted:
"PRAISE THE LORD! HE HAS PROVIDED ME WITH
GROCERIES AND MADE THE DEVIL PAY FOR THEM!

What a time I had!  Of course, the instructions arrived here just after I accomplished the feat.     Problem was I kept forgetting to click on "change profile" so it didn't take.  Anyway, now you all know where I live.   

I may get the proverbial bonk on the head, but wanted to let you know we are back home!  We had a wonderful mini-vacation in the gorgeous Colorado Rockies, very relaxing and refreshing.  And Beth fared well, with help from a few friends, while we were away.

New things going on here on CP, huh?  I will check those out tomorrow.  I want to get to bed and get a good rest before church tomorrow.

Pat, I hope you are all better by now!
