We see signs like this in more and more places now.  But the strangest place for me was in the local hairdresser at the mall.  Where else are there more smells from hairspray, etc?

If you haven't guessed it already it is a scam.  Some outfits grab hold of these old claims and send letters to the person involved.  Some people will pay up, even though they are not obligated to do so.  If you had sent some money in, that outfit would have received a commission on the money collected.
