Good evening people....I wonder do you remember me still?
I know it has been a very, very long time since I have been able to pop in here.....but now I am in for a few min.....I have missed you all sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much.....but the Lord has been very good to us....and we have been terribly busy......next week we are going on a camping trip....so this is the only chance I had to pop in here....all is going well and live is busy as always....but my walk with the Lord is personal and growing daily....take care all of you and God bless each one of you.......In His Grace....Paulette.

Hi everyone. I have been soooo busy since I got home for work. Still working around here, Watered my garden,still doing laundry  and watering my front yard, to tired to cook supper so will probably eat salad and soup.  Watching the news now be back later.

Pat, a wonderful devotional.  Thanks for sharing Jack's thoughts with us.  I love the scripture: "Create in me a clean heart, O God and renew a steadfast spirit within me." (Psalm 51:10 NKJV).
This line is in one of the contemporary songs we sing at church.

Anthony as others have said we are glad to have you back posting again.  I am doing pretty good after a rather long period of sickness last year.

Alma, I hope you enjoy the visit of your friend and that you get a lot of good work done.  I am not able to do very much these days.  We have two light bulbs which need changing right now but we can't get up in a chair or a ladder anymore so we have to wait until our son-in-law drops by.  We always seem to have things for him to do.

Etta Sue, don't stay up so late.  It makes me sleepy just thinking about it.  We usually get to bed by 9:30 or 10:00.

Joyce, it sounds like a plan to me.  We visited Myrtle Beach years ago and I would like to go back sometime.

Paulette, it is good to see you today.  We miss you.  Drop in more often.

At the end of the day most of us feel tired whether or not we have done a lot of work, at least I am.  Each night I am thankful for the rest of the night.  But there is a rest in Christ which we have.  Burdens ARE lifted at Calvary.  It is wonderful to be a Christian.

Matt 11:28-30  "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
