Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Yes, thanks, Larry.  That answers the question of how to get an "F" in a class.  But it also takes care of the situation adequately, to say the least.

I have had a L-O-N-G day today.  Up early, took Abby to Pat's, drove to Liberal to judge at the fair.  I got through at about 1:00, and was headed to my car when they called me back to ask if I could judge open class crafts.  I did that, and it took the rest of the afternoon.  The good news is:  I will get paid double!  ;D  The judges for that division just didn't show up.

Back to Hugoton, stopped in to see my boys who are home, Curtis from his college town, Mark from National Scout Jamboree---and Jeff invited us down for steaks for supper.  Back home, pick up Abby, came by to talk to Darrel, he is sick, didn't want to go for supper, so Abby and I went.  When I got back home again, I had to go to Beth's to make her bed and do some other things for her.  Then I had to take darts in Abby's skirt, get her into the shower...........TMI, right?  Well, you get the picture!

Ruth Ann, I loved the testimony of your former student!  That is what makes it all worthwhile!  I love the song "Thank You" (for Giving to the Lord) and bet you do as well.  I'm so glad things are getting a bit easier for you, too!  :-*

WELCOME, JOY!  So good to have you with us!

We have driven part of highway 101, too, and found it spectacular.  I would love to traverse it from one end to the other!

God is so good.  He gives us little moments of joy along the way, which I think of as Him blowing me a kiss.  The other day, on the trip to Amarillo, it was overcast, but not raining, and I looked to the west and there was a beautiful rainbow!  I don't remember ever seeing one that early in the morning before!  It was gone in just a minute or so, but to me it said "I love you!" from God.  This evening, as Abby and I were coming home, just over east of us, the neighbors have some guineas.  I always drive very slowly past their place, because those dumb birds will walk right in front of the car.  Anyway, this evening I was idling past, and noticed a whole bunch of tiny baby guineas with the older ones.  They are so cute!  And a couple of days ago on our lane, I saw a peacock tail feather, stopped to pick it up, and there were 5 of the ones with the beautiful "eyes" and one of the irridescent "plumes"......all together!  I never knew a peacock to shed so many at one time and place.  Anyway, I always smile and thank God for those little "kisses."  ;) :)

Okay, I must stop gabbing and get Abby into bed!  Her dad and brothers are coming up for church with us in the morning. (Mom is at market in Kansas City.)

Well, I'm just not long in from being at little David Hugh's 3rd birthday at Ian's home.  And I've brought my grandson from Ottawa (James) home with me for a day or two.

I haven't read any of the posts yet as it's so late.

But I've opened up a new New Every Morning for you...CLICK HERE
