"Thanks for the harmonica you gave me for Christmas," little Joshua said to his uncle, the first time he saw him after the holidays. "It's the best present I ever got."

"That's great," said his uncle. "Do you know how to play it?"

"Oh, I don't play it," the little fellow replied. "My mom gives me a dollar a day not to play it during the day and my dad gives me five dollars a week not to play it at night!"

Oh, Pat!  That's priceless - especially because Gene has just bought a really good harmonica for Jake!

I am hungry and I can't have anything but liquids today in prep for my surgery  tomorrow.

Cornelia and I have had a good day today.  We enjoyed our Bible class this morning and the morning worship and then again tonight.  I hope you have all had a good day too.

hey ya'll
Just popping in to say hello been busy today working on stuff with our youth group we are trying to send out thank you notes to all those that helped with our trip last week. and now i'm trying to ignore my nephew because he's being cranky and only wants his mother and his mother is trying to fix him something or my father is who knows! but i'm trying to ignore him so that i don't worry with it! can ya'll believe it is already 2004 my how time flies now. in 1 year and 7 months i'll be in college. WOW to say the least. but acutually i'm already in college.confusing huh? well i'm off now sorry for rambling!

Has anyone heard from Trish lately?  I was thinking about her this evening.

In Sunday School today, one of our pastors asked a thought provoking question:

"If there was not Satan nor demons, would there be sin in the world?"

That led to our Bible quiz director's question:

"Did Adam have belly button?"

Which leads to my question:

Whaddya think about that?

She is and they are going to give her a sedative.  Speaking of cats......My Snickers, in the morning, would jump up on the bed and lick my eyelids to wake me up.

karmat we have the rest of this month with 2 or more games a week plus 1st week of feb with 3 games and the 2nd week starts playoffs! so quite a few games but they go by fast!!! this year is flying here pretty soon i'll be a Senior! AHHH
