Good evening everyone.  

I had an unexpected full day at work today.  I went in at the regular time, thinking I'd only be an hour or two but the other lady asked me if I could stay all day because she really felt sick.  So she went home and I stayed.  Since I'm never really sure ahead of time how long I'll be there, I always take something for lunch and I was certainly glad today that I did.  

Time to check the other forums.  See you later.

Things are quiet here today.  I have been busy doing washing and ironing this afternoon.  The morning was very stressful as our loved cat had to be taken in and put to sleep.  So when they were doing that terrible deed, I put all of his dishes, food, bed, etc. away.  Thought it would be easier for Amanda & Wendy.  The house seems very strange now....I will miss having him come in to say goodmorning before going upstairs and goodnight, before going to bed.  He would meow and come to be petted...

The weather is very unsettled here on the island right now and not nice walking weather.  Typical Spring weather!

I was just walking out the door this morning when I heard someone page me, and it was our dear Mieka!  I so enjoyed chatting with her.  Such a ray of sunshine she is.

My neck/shoulder/arm is hurting, so I don't dare stay on here too long tonight.
