I grew up real close to aurora just 15-20 min East a town called York.  I agree the the East part of NE is cool, the plate river omaha, and lincoln.  After that the scenery doesnt pick up until you get to the bluffs in the for west part of the state.

I am an addict to digital work, I just got the new photoshop Cs along with Illustrator, Go live and immage reader.  I bet a person can take a 5 year course on all the adobe programs and still not touch the capabilities of them.  I love it, I will spend hours on a single photo. 
Sorry to hear about your husband.  I see you are from Cananda, I would love to visit there some day.

Nicki is my wifes name, she does not undestand the slr that much but as far as the point and shoot she takes pretty good photos.  It is not much of a hobbie to her, She is about to graduate w/ her bach. degree in nursing (R.N.)  She is amazing!!!  Just last semester she gave birth to our first child (Levi) right in the thick of school and she is already pregnant w/ our second.  Did I mention she works as well.

Hey Matt!  I just saw it.  (the moon photo)  Cool!  That's the first time I've tried taking a photo of the moon.

P.S.  Do you think that ad is for real??     Is that a good camera?  I know nothing about cameras, and I don't own one, but for $3 I might think about it.  

I think I am going to buy that camera!!!!

The moderator on Photo-Sense alerted me to that ad and he's phoning the company on Monday to see if it's for real.  I can't buy one though as the offer is only valid in the States.

as far as I am concerned, If the price is labled at $3.00 and they charge you something different that would be false addvertizing. My guess is that it is a grey market camera (made by Kodak in a different country) That store has the reputation of doing that w/out tellling the customer.  Ask the person who you are talking to if it is made in the US of A if it is it should have a USA warrenty.   

Pat every time someone writes a new post it goes to my email account.  Is there a way that I can stop that???

Yes, you can go to your profile and turn off Notification but it should only be sending you one after you've written one until you come back again.
