It is true that people of the world think that Christianity is a big crutch.  They have their crutches, like booze and cigarettes and lots more, but as Christians we have the WONDERFUL LORD JESUS TO LEAN ON, after we have our HEART TRANSPLANT.    WOW.

Pat the scripture on my posts is fine now. But where it says John 3:16, and the print under our profile photos and all the edits, and previous posts here on the post repy page are very small and very light. It is only CP tha tis this way on this computer, All other sites are perfect.

Marilyn, go to your own profile and move the /size tag then.  I put it after the verse proper before the reference.

You can even make it coloured if you wish.

But as I've said before, everything is still the same for me.  Nothing has changed at all.  The names of the posters on the main page were always very small.  they still are.


When I added the clickable graphic in my signature, I made the verse above fit the width of the graphic with the reference on the second line and it's still that way.

i finally got my book report finshed and now i get to finish all my other homework. guess that is what i get for procastinating about my report! thanks for the prayers concerning me my friend and our church i really appreicate them and ask that they continue! well i'm off and back to work ttyl

Pat and Iain - wonderful devotions today.  I have had to skip to the last page here., as I am quite tired., and must get to sleep earlier tonight.

Larry : I appreciate your comment on my little car accident that I had in the dealership lot.  You were the only one who made a comment saying they were sorry!  Actually that little bump (and it WAS a very small bump) cost me $600.00 today.  Thus I am quite stressed about it, as this dips into my Christmas money.  This will teach me to be more careful, thats for sure.

Norm had his check up in Hamilton today.  He will be having hernia surgery whenever it can get booked. Hopefully by January, and not before Christmas.

I am off to bed now.,

Judy, I apologize for not mentioning your little accident.  Isn't it terrible how much they charge for a very small dent or anything now?

When you skip a day around here it takes just about forever to get caught up.    

Here it is after 10:00 and I've only looked at NEM so far.

Not much news from here tonight - the weather is typical for November... chilly and damp, but at least no snow to speak of yet and none in the forecast.

FrontPage is still giving me fits - I thought I had things pretty well under control and then tonight I wanted to change a picture and couldn't find the page, even though it was coming up fine on the internet.  Maybe it's not FrontPage but Microsoft XP that's the culprit this time.  I keep losing things - I make sure I know where something is being saved and then when I look later it's not there.  

Ah well.  I just have to consider it all another challenge.

If ya'll haven't seen Ria's pictures of her cards using paper tole (I had never heard of it until I saw the post), you gotta check those out.  They were beautiful.  I would give you the link, but I'm not sure which section it was in.  I do know it was one of the arts/crafts threads.

Your cards are really beautiful.  In a very small way I have done a very little bit of paper tole.  So I understand the time involved.

I had an interesting evening.  Completely alone.  the girls have started AWANA, and Melaura has cadets.  Sooooo woohoo time for me!
