Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Soni, the puppies are not purebred, and we just wanted to find good homes for them, so we gave them away free.  Do you want the little boy?  He's a sweetie!

Nita, I'm so happy you've found a good home for Amy, too.  This seems to be the day for the doggies to be blessed!  Our little last one is so lonely tonight without his sisters, though.  Darrel sat with him on his lap for a couple of hours already.

John, good to see you pop in again!  Don't forget to tell ol' Santa where you will be for Christmas!  ;)

Marilyn, have a nice Thanksgiving with the Moaks---and YOU could ask the blessing, you know! ;D  Sounds like you're staying pretty busy.

I have PSP7, and haven't even scratched the surface yet of what it can do, so I don't think I need an upgrade, but I'm sure it is a great program.

Since my ladies didn't come today to paint, I got the floors all vacuumed and then got the Christmas tree put up.  Now I will be that much ahead when we get home.  Tomorrow I plan to do more cleaning, and clean out the refrigerator.  Abby is spending the weekend with us while the rest of her family goes to the K-State game.  Darrel is planning what to cook for her.  (But we wouldn't dream of spoiling her you know!)  :D

See you folks tomorrow.  I posted more pics of the pups in Photos Here.

Thanks, also, for trying to help with my Firefox problem.  What I see when I click on the gallery link is what someone NOT logged in would see.  It has to be in the cookies, yet I am logged onto the forums, so don't understand. I discovered I had a pre-release version of 1.0, so am now downloading the latest.  I hope that helps.  I didn't realize how slow IE is. Smiley

Welcome, OK Tom.  I see in your picture that you are wearing a uniform.  Are you an officer?   I hope you come to like this place as much as I do.

Sister Nita,

I did almost 25 years of police work on the Lawton Police Department. I loved it and would do it again if I could, but I'm enjoying retirement and being a professional grandpa now.

I'm also a new user of Firefox, and I'm learning something new every day. My computer hasn't crashed a single time since I started using Firefox. I still don't have everything figured out, but it's a great browser. It's not as automated as Internet Explorer was in some areas, but I'm finding out there are extensions you can add to Firefox that allow most and maybe all of what Internet Explorer does.

Try Jed Browns "All Extensions for Firefox" Page:
http://jedbrown.net/other.php?url=http://extensionroom.mozdev.org

One of the things that I really missed was the ability to listen to music on a web page. That problem is solved by installing an extension called "Foxy Tunes". I say that problem is solved - for whatever reason, it still doesn't play "mp3". Also, please try their excellent weather news called WeatherFox.

Most of the extensions are automatically installed. On the first trip to the web page, you will get a message that Firefox stopped the installation. Just click it, and a menu will come up. You have to allow Firefox to install extensions on each web site that has extensions. The one I gave you has nearly all of them. Just make sure in the extension details that it works for your version of Firefox. I use the latest version, and some of the extensions have not been updated yet to use the new version of Firefox.

Just for information, I really like their spell checker designed specifically for Firefox 1.0. It's called Spellbound. It's one of the fastest and best spell checkers I've ever used. I did install a larger dictionary from the links available on the same site. It's available here:

Love In Christ,
Tom

Thanks Tom for that terrific help to those who are using Firefox.  I'm using both right now and haven't run into the problems that the others are having.

Soni, what about you?

Now, it's that time again to lock the door and open a new one for tomorrow.

God bless you all!
