Don: Hey Judy, It's been a long time. Hope you are doing well. 2024-12-02, 22:41:41

JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Larry sorry tohear about your daughter.  My prayers are with you and her.

My internet is so slow that I don't come on line very often.  I can't "see" the posts on my phone.  It is at very late at night that I am able to check things out.  We have decided to get another refebished tower from the  place in Sault St Marie.  My last one was great, till I got that virus.  I believe it did more damage than we realized.

HAve a good day everyone.

Ruth Ann Bice

Yes, viruses can really mess up a computer.

Speaking of computers, mine's back from the shop and is now "well and healthy." However, my Outlook address book is gone. So, if you have sent emails to me in the past, please write again so I can continue to communicate with you.

Larry, I'm so very sorry for Stacey's news. I'll be praying for her and for all those involved with caring for and loving her will be able to gain a measure of peace with this. About giving up some of her duties, I, too, understand. I've needed to do some of the same.

Etta Sue, that photo of the last wrap you made was absolutely wonderful.

For those of you who are traveling, have wonderful times away from home, and come home refreshed. :)

Pat, how's your shoulder?

Thanks for sharing my son's good news about the trucking job. :)

It's so late tonight, that's probably some of you will be seeing daylight before much longer. ;)

I took an elderly friend to have two teeth surgically extracted, then got soft foodstuffs for her to have for the next few days. She is such a sweet lady, but so very fearful of doctors. She gets so upset she can't remember their instructions, so has asked me to go in to see the doctor each time and then I can remind her of what they tell her. What a privilege to be able to serve her, and I trust that God, in His mercy, will allow someone to "rescue" me later if I begin forgetting.

Y'all please forgive me if I haven't individually spoken to you. Each of you is precious to me, and even MORE precious to our Heavenly Father.

Love to everyone,
Ruth Ann

Hi everyone.  It is suppose to be another nice day but it is just becoming daylight on this fall day.  Stacey is still in the hospital and is to hear from the doctor after he reads the echo cardiogram results this morning.  She is going home this morning.  Since I didn't do much yesterday don't have anything else to mention this morning.  This should be a typical Saturday for me.  Pat was able to get out on her own yesterday for a couple of hours and enjoyed lunch with friends but came home really tired and rested for a couple of hours.  She thinks her hip may be getting better and that is good news but now she is more aware of her bad knee.

Ruth Ann, I think you can get most of the email addresses for folks posting her on CP by clicking on their email link under their picture.

Jeanne Lee

Larry, I am praying for Stacey, that she find peace and can accept this prognosis, as you have done.

Ruth Ann, as Larry points out, email addresses are available here in Christian Photographers by clicking on the little envelope under each person's name/avatar.  Can't help you with any outside of this site, though.  Sorry.   :D

I heard briefly from Pat this morning that she and Paul were on their way from Virginia to Pennsylvania and didn't expect to be able to get online there.

Ivalou got excellent news from her eye doctor yesterday.  When the doctor came into the room where Ivalou was waiting, she hugged Ivalou and said she was so pleased with the pictures of her eye today compared to a month ago!  She would be considered blind in her right eye a month ago...yesterday she was 20/50.  So the shot helped tremendously!  She got the cheaper shot yesterday that is to last 2-6 months.  But she made an appointment for 2 months.  She will have to have these shots the rest of her life.

Today is Kaye Don and Barb's annual Fish Fry.  Kaye Don loves to fish so he freezes fish all year and today he will fry them in his big deep fryer.  Everyone else brings a covered dish to share.  His garage is emptied of cars and motorcycle and we can sit out there as well as in the house if it is too cold....which it may be.  He came to my house to get Ivalou chairs that I borrowed for Euchre.  Said that people would be coming around 4pm and eat around 5:30pm.  I plan to walk over around 5pm.

It has been cloudy...then sunny...then cloudy...then sunny all day so far and terribly windy!  I walked Ivalou's card table over to her garage and thought the wind was using it as a kite!  Jacket weather...only 58°!

It is a beautiful day here on the Oregon Coast. and I will be going to work at the clinic shortly.  I've already walked the dogs this morning because I think it might be too cool when I get back home  at 4 pm  i have soup in the crockpot for supper. It is the leftovers I have been saving in the freezer. I just added water and some chicken bouillon to complete the soup.

We are near Bremerton, WA actually in the smaller town of Poulsbo.  It is a little Scandinavian community - just my style.  Don is feeling better after what we think was a food poisoning at the previous town on the ocean - he had a big bowl of clam chowder and I had a cup of same but did not finish because of the weird seasoning.  Thanks be that he as recovered because we start tomorrow morning to drive about 1200 miles home.  Home sounds so good right now.  We spent our time today walking all over and going to a rummage sale as well as walking on the docks to check out all the boats.

Hi, friends, not much to say today - resting, trying to get the repaired computer working as it used to, then, a tiny bit of shopping.

Y'all have a good rest of the day.
