Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Keep It Simple Saint
Physical Health = Remember….I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.
Hang it on the fridge to remind you, of the challenge that is set before you.  You run the Christian Race, which is set before you by studding God’s word, right?  Well, I want you to run the race which is set before you, in that you will study & Follow this healthy lifestyle you are about to take on.  And the only way to win, is to do what it say’s, right?  Copy this for & laminate this, for this will be your Instructions, of which you do not want to get it ruined by water, etc….  I’m teaching you to do what I started out doing, before I was completely on this diet.  People will have less health problems if they take the weight off.  “…With God All Things Are Possible.”  Matthew 19:26.
Here is how:

In the beginning before the Halleleujah Diet:
I made fruit shakes for the Morning’s.  Then I snacked on fruits all day, until it was Dinner Time.
Before I knew that certain fruits ought not to be mixed together, & before I knew that nuts ought not to be mixed in with it.
C. Recipe’s

1/2 to 1 cup strawberries
2 bananas
1 tablespoon of Ground flax seed
1 cup of water, or Soy Milk
May add 1/2 cup of Almonds

Note:  Flax seed is good for the heart.  This shake is suppose to be filling, however I later added almonds into it, as it helped to fill me up.  Not a hallelujah diet recipe, I got this recipe from someone who knew I was on a diet & her doctor gave her this recipe without the almonds. If you do not care for almonds then do not add them in.  I usually like my shakes pretty thick, try it out this way.  If you prefer to have it thinner, then thin it out with 1/8 A Cup of water or Soy Milk at a time.

Variations of the above recipe:

At times I’d replace the strawberries with different fruit, with same
Measurements.  So, that means I’d change the recipe by doing this:

½ A Cup of:

Apples    Or   Blackberries    Or   Blueberries   or   Pitted Cherries

Pears    or   Plums   or   Nectarines   or   Passion Fruit

Mangos   or   Guava   or   Various Fruits From Poland

Then bring some fruit with you to snack on through out the day.  Get a lunch bag to pack them in, paper is okay but a something permenate that you can use all the time is for me perferrable to take with you wherever you go.  You can put lots of dried fruits into a plastic baggie, or Tupperware container.  You can peel an Apple & put it into a Tupperware container of sorts, it lasts longer that way.  This way you get rid of the peel, which is often coated with chemicals to keep the bugs from eating it.  Taste the difference for yourself.  This is what I do with Shawn’s breakfast on the run.  Pack as many fruits into your lunch bag as you can fit.

That is how I lost the 1st 20 lbs!!
You loose the 1st 20 lbs., & then I will tell you how I lost the next 20 lbs.
Note:  Copy this attachment “ Keep It Simple Saint,” back to back as it is more then one page & refer to it when needed.  Saint, yes you are In the eye’s of the Lord who washed your sins away with the Blood Of Jesus Christ.

The recipes above, I made up myself.  Here are a few book's which can be found @:

http://www.hacres.com

"Recipes For Life…. From God’s Garden, By Rhonda Malkmus."

And another great book is this one, which can be found @ any bookstore:

"Fit For Life," By Harvey & Marilyn Diamond

Both these book's are very logical & very good reading.  In the front of the book called "Recipes For Life," they tell you why you shouldn't be on the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.).  If you want to know more about this new way of life & their testimonal's, the website is supplied for you above.
Both these books also have many wonderful recipes, as well as logical reason's to change your way of life.

May God Bless your desire for change,
Kreative4Jesus
