Title: South Beach Dieter ... Recipes for you !!

I friend passed these along to me and said that they would be good for me to try too. So, I thought that I would share them with all of you ... ETTA you might like to take a LOOK SEE at these too as I am sure that you might find something that you like !!

Low Fat Cottage Cheese Omelet (1 serving)

1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon corn oil margarine
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

1) Mix together egg substitute, cottage cheese, salt and caraway seeds. 2) Melt margarine in skillet. Fold cottage cheese mixture into stiff egg whites & place in skillet 3) Allow to set. Stir with fork, & repeat until desired dones.


Tuna & Egg (2 servings)

1x 61/2 ounce can tuna (water packed)
1 cup egg substitute
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons canola or olive oil

Place tuna fish in bowl and break into small pieces Add egg substitute, salt & pepper, parsley, mix well. In skillet heat oil, add egg mixture, & simmer on low heat, covered for about 10 minutes. Turn & brown lightly on other side for a few minutes. I'll have some more later today or later in the week !!

These do sound good.  Must try these.
