Its an optical illusion, the brickwork of the health center appears to be continuous through the glass, the tinted glass is just the right shade to render the reflection of the bricks at just the right tone, the give away is at the bottom on the grey gravel, and the railings reflection.

That is an amazing shot!  It looks like it slides inward perpendicular to the wall.  Well seen and well shot!
