Well St Bartholomews at Ewood Park was scheduled to come down, they got both a new church and a new school alright, right up a hill, its alienated some of the congregation simply because its too far from the main road for some less fit people to get too. I think they were under pressure to sell because Blackburn Rovers football club wanted the land for a car park. I took this shot because the demolition work has been sorting out the good stone, and the roof sections were taken off and laid out like tents, quite interesting. Still Ewood has lost two cosy looking buildings, and all for what? So the new religion can have more parking space.
I know what you mean. In Texas, football is almost everything.
At least your version is interesting to watch; in American football, most of the time is spent resting and talking about what they want to do next.
