Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

This juvenile rabbit was contemplating a meal of some of my coreopsis.  In fact, he managed to gulp down a few until a blue jay swooped in on the feeder imitating a hawk's call.  He took off like a shot.   ;D  Taken with Oly and Fuji.

As a teen I rescued 3 baby rabbits and took them home to Mom.  Theirs has left them and they were dying.  Being wild they never took to people very well.  As I remember 2 did die, but one lived for a couple of years.  He wouldn't let any one handle him except mom.  She had a way with animals that to this day I envy.

These are wonderful pictures and the rabbit sure looks like Peter!

This is a great story picture Gary well done!  I love number 3 the alertness and wariness is captured so well!

They tend not to do well in captivity, Judy... as with most things wild.  I know *I* don't do well in captivity.

Thanks for your kind words.

These shots look great on my monitor Gary! But then the color and clarity of most your shots do.
Good job as usual.

JudyB: Where in the world did you come up with a name like Peter for a rabbit of all things?  :D

I wondered about that name for a rabbit, too, Jim!

I know rabbits are supposed to be famous for the size of their ears, but just look at those eyes!   :)

He was a typical Peter, and lived for quite a long time.  They didn't have their eyes open when I got them.  their Mom was obviously not coming back as they were very weak and hungry.

I love the eyes on these pictures too especially number 3.

I do agree, the eyes really make a statement. Then again, perhaps the statement was made by the artist. ;)
