Title: I can't believe I actually held one of these today!

Okay, so today I went to the Snake River Birds of Prey Festival and I went on a Western Burrowing Owl lecture and tour.  I actually got to hold a days old fledgling!  It was just over a week old.  I still can't believe it!  Unfortunately, I forgot to have someone take a picture of me holding one.  bummer.

What an amazing experience!

That fledgling was in the safest place and the most dangerous place.  In your hand!!!

Wow  a great picture too!
