Midland and Odessa, the great horned owl couple who live across the park, have fledglings.

A few nights ago, I noticed the owls flitting around in the trees, but I thought I saw three or four of them.
Now I know why. Three little ones. This is Odessa with one of the fledglings. She doesn't seem pleased that I'm taking pictures. For the first time, I was a bit uneasy around them. They don't hesitate to attack people if they think their young are in danger.
At times like this, the wonder of His creation quite overwhelms me.
"Whooo is he, Mommy?"
