Cut the Bagel in half and put a slice of cheese on each half. Then put pepperoni on one half of the bagel and spagetti sauce on the other half. Heat it in the microwave for 45-60 seconds. Don't let the cheese burn. You just want it to melt slightly.
If you choose not to use the pepperoni and spagetti sauce then it is called a cheese bagel and you might want to try other cheeses to go with it, like swiss, chedder or provalone(sp)
We eat this for lunch or when we are in a hurry for dinner.

Now, Karma, ;D I would have done the same thing except that I'm on a No Carbs regimen right now so wasn't tempted too much but just wait till I'm off this!!! :o
This sounds like an easy to fix snack in the evening when I "crave some food".... well, thats every night!...haha
