The stonework looks like pewter, like I keep saying, the restricted tonal range in a colour photograph is ever so, can't think of the word for it at the moment, I'll come back to it later.
I agree with the "brr". It looks like a cold day and the grey tones accentuate that.
You don't say where this is?
