I like to HUGE vertical space and to feeling of blue sky about it.
Wonder what iconography the visitors are looking at _ in bottom-right of photograph.

Hermit...briefly looking at the bottom-centre to the left, it maybe the photo's - painting's of the church before its now renovations...or just artists drawn to the churches beauty...

They are looking toward the altar, where in the chancel is a wonderful icon of Jesus and Mary:
