Title: Station Storm light.
Post by: Summicron on January 20, 2008, 02:44:54 PM
Waiting for a tram on Victoria station Manchester, to take us over to Piccadilly station, this brilliant light broke through the clouds, illuminating the new developments behind the station and the steps of the footbridge.

That is just a great shot, one that nature only gives you once in a while.  Good eye, catching it.

I would like to see a larger version of this, if you could link to one.   Much of the interest in this is in the high-contrast detail of the structures.

Try as I might I just can't get this programme to accept picture sizes above the size I'm downloading, it says 290 or 300 Kb on my photo editing suites, but when I upload the images it will only accept them as small images.
I wonder if its because I'm scanning from film, and am using the highest resolution of my scanner, could be any number of things.

Hmm......I wanted to see it larger, too.  I double clicked on it, and in a few seconds, there was a larger version!  Very nice.
