Just got home after a wonderful visit to Athens, Greece. Here are some photos that i took on the journey up to and on top of the Acropolis.

Wow what beautiful pictures. 

Greece is a place I would love to go to. But first I want to visit the Holy Land.

Could you almost "see" Paul in Greece?  What amazing history.

Judy, it was the most amazing place and when visiting the Acropolis, all i could think about was the apostle Paul.

You know, when you think about it the Apostle Paul must at times have had a wonderful time visiting all these places, as well as the fellowship, the sharing, and the preaching, he must have treated it as a vacation as well, I've found that experience abroad, where you meet up with other Christians, often completely out of the blue, and it brings your spirit back to life,I guess revival, and refreshing.
   My favourite of this series of pictures is the straight on view of the temple, with the crowds milling about, adding dabs of life and colour to the stones, and the crane caged within the accropolis like some monstrous animal in a zoo cage, makes you wonder how they're going to get it out after.
