Yes it is a beautiful building.  Where was it taken?

I love the setting, it looks like an old mansion type of home.  Is that a bell tower?

Very lovely building, I like the was it is partly hidden by the hill the foreground. What is that second flag flying on top nunder the American flag? It is a Public buuilding?

It's the Iowa Governor's mansion up on Terrace Hill in Des Moines.   The second flag is the Iowa flag.

What! the house or the photograph? must be nice owning such splendid mansion. Its an attractive piece of architecture, made even more attractive by its situation just over the brow of the hill.

Wow, that is beautiful.  We have a lot of old mansions around here.  I need to someday go and photograph some of them.  Nice picture.   :thumbsup:

Mrs. Barbarian had it framed nicely and hung by the front door, where it nicely compliments the old door and brass.

I have to agree with everyone-this is a nice building and nicely composed, too!
