We have been getting rain and these things love it. They pop up over night and grow fast.

Those are pretty, Don...We have been having some nice pour down the last few days...so needed!!! :)
We have had way too much rain. The farmers are having trouble getting their hay in. There was a poor strawberry crop because of the lack of sun. You are welcome to the rain I will ship it down to you.
Now about the mushrooms. What kind of mushrooms are they? Are they edible? if they are do you have enough to actually use?
It is a good picture! You can almost see fairies sitting on them!

Thanks Judy It has been dry here and we can use it.

I don't know what kind they are or if they are edible.

There was a fairy sitting on that middle one but the shutter sound of the camera scared him and he fell off the back before the exposure was made. That is what the photo was really of but he was gone when I looked at it so I posted the mushrooms. ;D
Just kidding around Judy! :)
Thanks for looking and commenting.

I wish there were a way to grow mushrooms....that are edible so we can preserve them for the winter.
Yes I know what you mean because they are good.
I would never eat one from the wild, don't know the good ones from the bad ones.
I remember on the news a while back about a family of 5 that died from eating wild mushrooms. They were experienced collectors too. Sad :'(
