My DIL Sarah made this little pillow for me for Christmas because I have been having lots of trouble sleeping. You can see the little pocket and the infuser pad sticking out of it. You put a couple of drops of Lavender, Chamomile or Lemon  Balm Essential oil on the infuser pad. She gave me Lavender Essential Oil. Place the pad int he little pocket that you can see in the center of the pillow. Then you turn the pillow over and  sleep with it close to you cheek where you can inhale the scent of the Lavender. It is Aromatherapy. The Scent of the Lavender  Oil is relaxing and helps one to sleep. It is wonderful and I have been sleeping better. You can go to my Gallery to see a larger photo. Wonderful idea.  I wonder if my girls would think that lavender is catnip?

What a lovely thing for Sarah to do for you, Marilyn.  It means so much to have something homemade, dosen't it.

My daughter, Karen, made me a quilt last Christmas.  Pat made me an afghan several years ago.  I treasure those gifts!
