I kicked up the saturation a bit.   Then I used the "oilify" tool in the GIMP. (an open source image management program), then I used the "cartoon" tool on a very low setting, to more effectively line out objects, and then I posterized it, reducing the number of colors to about eight.

I like the way the fish appear to be swimming through the clouds, instead of under their reflection.

I really like this is looks like a painting instead of a photo.

throw an image of the moon and a few showy stars and voila! something from the 60's 8)
