I hope i am posting these photos in the correct section. I looked through and wasn't sure but thought this looked the most likely place :)

I live not far from the downs on the chiltern hills in England, where there is a glider club. Some people also do hang gliding and para sailing off the top of the downs. I took these photos on Easter Monday. Not sure if i would like to try this or not.

Well, I sure wouldn't like to try it. I've seen them do it and that's nice for them but certainly not me.!

I think it's fun to watch.

these are good shots.

My daughter has no fear, and I can see her doing this.

Perhaps in my earlier years I would have tried it!

I have never tried this before Pat but i wouldn't mind having a go....I have been real close, watching peple get there gliders ready and find it fascinating. I drove over Dunstable downs the other day and there must have been a half dozen or so people flying. But i never had my camera with me :(

I i ever get to have a go on one of these, maybe Al could be a passenger, as i know you can get gliders with twin seats :)
