Trying to follow focus an approaching freight train with a 400mm lens, when the cab hit a patch of sunlight illuminating the drivers face, he seemed to be in a content and contemplative mood, hence the title, something about the engine, they are nicknamed Christmas trees, because of the front panel arrangement of lights. Class 60s are called doughnuts because they have a metal grille at each side and you can see right through them.

Great shot. What do you suppose he's thinking about? The hot meal awaiting at home? The vacation he's planned? The anticipated arrival of a newborn? That very special someone? hmmmmm
