Hi Jacqueline! Yes, it is our tree, and we put ours up already because this week is Thanksgiving here in the US. We'll be having 15 people for dinner; so I like to have everything decorated.

It doesn't really make sense, but somehow Christmas has bled back all the way to the end of October here! The easy listening radio stations start playing strictly Christmas music 24/7 early in November!

Anyway, you'll like this story about our tree ... since the kids are grown old enough to not be as interested in decorating, and I'm always the one doing the decorating these days, I decided last year to buy a small, fake, table-top tree, decorate it, then at the end of Christmas cover it with a large trash bag and store in the basement. This year I brought it up, uncovered it, plugged it in, and !Oila! - instant Christmas tree!

Same here, for the first time since losing my hubby, i ordered only yesterday a small ( real ) " mini " table top, already decorated Christmas tree...We in UK usually put Christmas trees - decorations up, and people start decorating outside house lights etc, from the first of December onwards...I am doing this in honour of my hubby..

Awww, that is so sweet, Jacqueline. Did your husband really enjoy Christmas? You'll be very happy you ordered that little tree. It'll make you smile every time you look at it.
