These scraps of fishing nets and ropes often drift in with the tide, and get entangled on railings and breakwaters, and there they remain (at least until the council come and remove them) adding a welcome touch of colour to the promenade, you could make a collection of these they're ever so pictorial.
Good composition. Have you done any touch up to this? It reminds me of many enjoyable hours at the seaside.
Apart from spotting the scanned transparency, adjusting brightness and contrast, saturation and lightness, I don't do any form of manipulation at all. What appears on the screen I try to keep as close to the original transparency as possible.
