Title: Rust

A shiny new lock for a rusty old chain made an intriquing pattern on the forecourt of a tyre service center down Blackburn.

OK. A new lock on a old chain at a tire center, I figured the chain was run through tires to secure them. Maybe someone made off with the tires? :)

Don't know!

No, just a chain fence to stop cars going in through two entrances, somebody unlocked it and left the chain straddled across the tarmac.
