Title: Stereo microscope

Stare at it, and try to merge the two pictures together.   If you can do it, it's a striking image.

I never could do these things.  Remember those paintings (or whatever they were) that supposedly if you stared at them long enough you'd see an image?  I would have people standing around me oooo'ing & aaaah'ing while I stood there not seeing nothin' but a bunch of dots.  After a while, I 'd just say, "OH YEAH!  That's pretty cool."  But, I never did see anything.   :idiot:

It's better in a stereo viewer, where you don't have to cross your eyes to get the effect.    But with practice, you can get pretty good at it.

Defocus your eyes until you see three images, then focus on the center one.   Helps if your head is completely level.

I don't think I've ever been considered "level-headed"!
