Now I don't know what the actual title of this sculpture is, but it is just one of the tons of scrap Metal dumped in Blackburn town center under the name of art, I was rushing for that bus on Sunday evening, when I saw it in silhouette and with the digital camera, I decided to take a shot, you can see all the tourists photographing it from every angle.

That's so interesting!  Looks like it's right in the middle of the street - I'd think that would create a major traffic hazard. 

Jeanne it would here in North America.  My initial reaction was awwwwww That is something that happens daily and we see the "lost teds" on our roads.
