Its chucking it down here, and as I was looking out the livingroom window a few minutes ago, this was the view, so I let my camera focus on the rain dappled window, the colourful well out of focus blobs are kiddies garden toys.

Did the same with the front bedroom window, there was a lovely cherry red car on the front, doesn't matter how dull and dreary the weather, a bit of colour sure livens things up.

And this is what its doing now.

Beautiful pictures. I love the colour as well as the muted colours. Well done!
I like the first one best. The colors are great. Is the car in the second one a Peugeot?
You know Scotty I agree with you on this one!
Had to happen sometime.
Actually, I agree with most of your photo commentary. You know more about photography than give yourself credit for.
Simply because its colour you can't ignore.
Right!
@ Scotty You are so sweet!!! :D
Great job on these--but I agree with an earlier post--I like the first one best.
I'm with the majority - I like the first one best. My first thought, though, was Christmas lights. ;D
That's a beautiful picture! I could just let my imagination run wild as I look at that first one. Thank you for posting them.
In my opinion, the best pictures are the ones with a lot of details so that you just want to sit there and stare at all the different parts. But it's also important to be careful not to ad too many parts, as this can make your picture cluttered and unattractive. I'd say that Summicron allowed just the right amount of details in his photos to make them interesting to look at. Well done.
What beautiful colors and rain dropped window! That first would delight any kiddie, I guess I am kiddie... :) ;)
