I am no longer in the film family.  They kicked me out when I bought a canon 20D.  I am a little bitter at the film family and that is why I bought a digital rebel for back up.  I love it.   ;D

I've had my 300D fo a little over a year now, and love it.  I've got the battery grip too, which is awesome for shooting weddings and that sorta thing.  I'm always looking at upgrading to a 'higher end' camera some time, but the funds are there at the moment...I'll probably go for a 20D or it's successor when it comes out, but that's probably not until the end of this year or further away.

The 300D totally rocks!  I got mine about a month ago, and while I don't have a LOT of photos posted yet, it's a lot of fun and I'm enjoying working with it. 
I survived open heart surgery.... :)
