Title: Pentax *ist-DS, and Pentax Optio S4
Post by: Skief on February 16, 2005, 10:51:12 AM
Just got the Pentax *ist-DS for Christmas this year, and have already taken 4,000 pictures with it.  Love the camera.

The S4 I've had for a little while as a carry everywhere I go camera.  It is inside an altoids tin, and fits in any pocket.

I just bought a Pentax *ist about 2 weeks ago.  Not much time to use it yet but I love the camera.  Still learning how to use it of course.

Hi Mark!

Great to see you!

Have you opened your own albums in our gallery yet?  We've enlarged our website and now everyone has 10 mg of space for their own gallery.

Hi Pat.  I've got some photos there but I stopped uploading because I ran out of room.  I'll dig up some more and upload some fresh ones.

thanks!
Mark

Ohh, I'm sorry.

Were you uploading huge files?

I suggest that you compress them to about 100K or so and have the pixels about 800 wide and then you should have room for quite a few.  Some of mine are even smaller than 100K so more will fit into my gallery.

I'll look later.

I don't think I was uploading huge ones... I was making them fit the old file size limits.  I probably should have made them smaller instead of trying to hit the max file size.  I don't think the quality would have suffered much.  Oh well... I'll find more to upload. :)
