How to Use This Board (http://www.christianphotographers.com/community/index.php?topic=5279.0)
Here's our
56th Challenge for you all.
""Light and Shadows".
Details: - This topic was chosen by Jim D, who won our last Challenge. What a wonderful variety of subjects this offers! Thank you Jim for suggesting this new topic! Please read carefully the "Details" about what is expected, and the rules for posting your photos.
Details as described by Jim:
"Let's see some images that show the creative possibilities, interplay and attractiveness of both light and shadow(s) in the same photo, whether it's a B&W, colored, sepia, HDR, or textured image.
Suggestions might include subjects that are back lighted, side lighted, top or bottom lit subjects, different perspectives achieved through the creative use of lighting, and so forth. Most of all, have fun with it."
Let's encourage folks by letting them know we're enjoying their entries. [/b]
- Use the attachment feature to show your photos (see directions above in the link to "How to Use This Board") in your post or link to them from your gallery or an offsite location that allows linking using the image codes. If you have trouble, please contact a moderator (name in blue) or an administrator (name in red) and we'll help you post your photo. It's best if your photos are at least 500 to 600 pixels wide so that they are easily seen. Please keep your photos under 175 KB in size.
- If you have your photo in your gallery, please don't use the attachment feature as that puts the photo on our server twice but rather link to it. Instructions for doing this are in the "How to" section. CLICK HERE (http://www.christianphotographers.com/community/index.php?topic=9255.msg141517#msg141517) If you need any help, please contact a moderator (name in blue) or an administrator (name in red) and we'll help you post your photo.
- Please upload up to 4 entries per member for this challenge.
- The challenge is open now and will be closed to uploads on May 11, 2011 and then we'll vote on them.
- Please tell us the camera you used to take your photo and when you took it. Please only enter photos taken by you.
- Please put a short title above your photo. We need the title for the poll listing. If you want to tell us a bit about your photos, please put it below your picture.
- Please post only one entry per post/message.
- Of course, we're going to see who is posting the photos so this is not an anonymous challenge. So start posting. Click on the "Reply" button below and start this challenge!
Let's ALSO NOT put any photos in this challenge labelled "NOT AN ENTRY" or anything that is not to be voted on.
Remember, this is a fun project!
