How to Use This Board (http://www.christianphotographers.com/community/index.php?topic=5279.0)
Here's our
59th Challenge for you all.
"Butterflies, Spiders, Bugs and Worms"
- This topic was chosen by bhall07, who won our last Challenge.
What a wonderful variety of subjects this offers! Thank you bhall07 for suggesting this new topic!
Please read carefully the "Details" about what is expected, and the rules for posting your photos.
Details as described by bhall07:
"Closeups (macros) of any living small creature. No inanimate objects." "
Let's encourage folks by letting them know we're enjoying their entries.
- Use the attachment feature to show your photos (see directions above in the link to "How to Use This Board") in your post or link to them from your gallery or an offsite location that allows linking using the image codes. If you have trouble, please contact a moderator (name in blue) or an administrator (name in red) and we'll help you post your photo. It's best if your photos are at least 500 to 600 pixels wide so that they are easily seen. Please keep your photos under 175 KB in size.
- If you have your photo in your gallery, please don't use the attachment feature as that puts the photo on our server twice but rather link to it. Instructions for doing this are in the "How to" section. CLICK HERE (http://www.christianphotographers.com/community/index.php?topic=9255.msg141517#msg141517) If you need any help, please contact a moderator (name in blue) or an administrator (name in red) and we'll help you post your photo.
- Please upload up to 4 entries per member for this challenge.
- The challenge is open now and will be closed to uploads on August 11, 2011 and then we'll vote on them.
- Please tell us the camera you used to take your photo and when you took it. Please only enter photos taken by you.
- Please put a short title above your photo. We need the title for the poll listing. If you want to tell us a bit about your photos, please put it below your picture.
- Please post only one entry per post/message.
- Of course, we're going to see who is posting the photos so this is not an anonymous challenge. So start posting. Click on the "Reply" button below and start this challenge!
Let's ALSO NOT put any photos in this challenge labeled "NOT AN ENTRY" or anything that is not to be voted on.
Remember, this is a fun project!

This is a green bug that landed on our youth pastors wife's arm at my daughters Graduation Picnic June 2011.
OK, no more entries. Voting is now open, until August 20. Choose your five favorites and then don't forget to click on "Submit" so your vote counts.
I narrowed it down to eight and then found it very difficult to get it down to only five, but forced myself to do it. There were so many excellent renditions of the theme this time.

My sentiments exactly, Jim ... ::)
I'm having trouble with the amount of voters. We use to have at least 20 or more.It just don't seem like a challenge with a small amount of voters.
Steve
Steve, there's still time for more folks to vote - voting won't close until 8/20. :)
I thought it had been extended to the 22nd. But I was looking in one place where you have it ending on July 22nd. It wold be nice if we could extend it a few days. That's just my suggestion.
Steve
We have our winners!
