Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

That sure gets us off to a great start, Buddy.  I have a couple from a few years back, but nothing to compare.  I'll try to find them, anyway, just to say I did.   :D

Great start to a beautiful challenge.  I don't know which I find more impressive: sunrise or sunset.  Living on the west coast, though, I see many more amazing sunsets than sunrises.  Nope.... I don't own a camera.   :-\

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass .... it's about learning to dance in the rain!

Make sure that your attached photos (those using the attached feature on our site) are not larger than 800 pixels on their longest side as the software won't resize them and we can't show photos larger than 800 pixels.  It's breaks the container of our software!  :(

If you use a URL for your photos, that's fine as the software resizes them.  :)

Well, now, Kathleen, our member, Nita, will be so happy to see that Coos Bay one.  She lives there and Jane Walker isn't all that far away either!

Gorgeous!!

Thank you.  Jane, I'm jealous!  I love it there by the coast.  This was taken at Sunset Bay State Park where we were camping.  I would LOVE to live there!  My eyes really like the humidity, but my asthma doesn't. :(

Thanks, Pat.  :)  I think I'm going to add some scripture to this one.

Yes, Kathleen ... I recognized Sunset Bay ... go there often.  I live fairly close.

These are all so beautiful!!

Thanks for the heads up, Pat, about the photo that Kathleen posted.  Our, Jane and I, home town!  Actually Jane lives a tad bit closer to the ocean than I do. :)

I have a zillion (give or take a few) photos of that same area.  None are recent, though.

Some really awesome photos here.  It's going to be hard for us voters to decide. :)

Pat

If you have any sunsets or sunrises, Nita, please add them!

Yes Pat. Aren't I lucky?

As I sit at my computer this is my view. Some time there are swans , geese and ducks and it's all just across the road.

The area of water up to where you see the sun's reflection in the water and far along to the right  is called the duck pond and is cordoned off between September and the end of January from kite surfer and dog walker and winkle picker  so that the migrant birds can feed enough for their next journey of thousands of miles in Feb.

Max A is on an evangelistic trip to a small Montana town.  He asked me to post these.
