    What a wonderful variety of subjects this offers!  Thank you rocky0728 for suggesting this new topic!

    Please read carefully the "Details" about what is expected, and the rules for posting your photos.

    "What says "Summer" to you?  Watermelons?  Baseball?  The beach?  Flowers?  Green trees?  Picnics?  ? ? ?"


    Let's encourage folks by letting them know we're enjoying their entries. 


  • Use the attachment feature to show your photos (see directions above in the link to "How to Use This Board") in your post or link to them from your gallery or an offsite location that allows linking using the image codes.  If you have trouble, please contact a moderator (name in blue) or an administrator (name in red) and we'll help you post your photo.    It's best if your photos are at least 500 to 600 pixels wide so that they are easily seen.  Please keep your photos under 175 KB in size.

Sunset On The Beach



Sunset on the beach says summer to me.  This was taken in Florida by the Gulf of Mexico.  As instructed, the picture was taken with a Canon 7D on 4/10/13.

Since we only have hummingbirds here in Missouri during warm weather it speaks of summer.  As instructed, the picture was taken with a Canon 7D on 5/27/11.

These are all awesome photos.  As is often the case, voting was not easy.

I was unable to see Jeanne's photos when I was online earlier, and now can see the second one, but not the first one.
